Orders are generally dispatched within 1 to 5 working days.
We’re a new, small-batch family business, and every order is prepared with care. This process is still very new to us, so we truly appreciate your patience. We would much rather take a little extra time to make sure everything is perfect, rather than rush and risk mistakes.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with details. Please check your SPAM or Junk folder in case it ends up there.
If you can't find your dispatch email or think you may have accidentally deleted it, feel free to contact us directly and we’ll provide real-time information on your order status.

If you have put in the incorrect delivery address on your order then please contact us within 24 hours. If your order hasn't been shipped then we can update your delivery address but if the order has been shipped then unfortunately there is nothing we can do.
When you receive your dispatched email you can contact us for an update on your tracking.
